You have:
- Demonstrated research, analytical, and systems skills to develop solutions to business information technology problems
- Experience with current information technology development methodologies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with business clients and IT unit
- Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
What you will do:
- Provide business and systems analysis in support of systems development projects using current development methodologies
- Liaise and collaborate with Information Technology units to translate business requirements into solutions, while communicating back to clients/business owners
- Establish functional requirements ready for design and development using systematic techniques for specifying requirements, including the development of use cases and other artifacts for business processes, to support the systems solution
- Conduct system testing using planning/testing and quality control checks against requirements. Develops User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and participates in UAT activity
- Maintain collaborative and sustainable partnerships with clients by identifying business/system development opportunities and expectations
- Participates in post implementation evaluations to help ensure program/project objectives meet current business and client requirements
