You excel at managing priorities, coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders, and ensuring communications and marketing materials are delivered on time, accurately, and in alignment with MPAC’s brand and strategic objectives

You have:
- A degree or diploma in public relations, communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience supporting and coordinating corporate communications initiatives, including production and project support
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Knowledge of digital content, design and web-based communications tools and platforms
- Experience coordinating and working with external vendors, suppliers and service providers
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and leverage new technologies, digital platforms, and communication tools to support evolving business needs and enhance communication outcomes.
- A growth mindset, with a curiosity for continuous improvement, innovative approaches, emerging technologies, and best practices in communications and stakeholder engagement.
What you will do:
- Coordinate communications initiatives by providing production, project coordination and operational support
- Participate in the development, coordination and execution of communication strategies, plans and projects
- Create, maintain and publish content ensuring alignment with MPAC’s brand standards, style guidelines and strategic objectives
- Design and develop branded content for multiple communication channels
- Support a diverse portfolio of communications initiatives including web publishing, employee communications, campaigns, stakeholder engagement, events, corporate reporting, photography, video production, digital content creation, and other emerging business priorities
- Leverage and continuously build proficiency in a variety of digital platforms, communication technologies, and project management tools to support planning, collaboration, content creation, measurement, and reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance communications processes, workflows, and audience engagement through the effective use of technology, data, and innovative communication practices.
- Adapt to evolving business priorities, communication channels, technologies and tools, taking on new responsibilities and learning new approaches as organizational needs change.
