You’re a digital storyteller who turns corporate messages into content people want to watch, read, and share. You’re comfortable creating content yourself, shaping ideas with others, and bringing written and visual storytelling to life in ways that feel natural to each platform

You have: 

  • Degree/diploma in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years creating digital/corporate communications
  • Portfolio spanning social posts, short‑form video, web, and visual storytelling
  • Able to translate complex corporate information into clear, engaging, platform‑specific content
  • Content planning and channel management experience (calendars, publishing, governance)
  • Experience using hands‑on creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva) and social tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
  • Analytics skills (Google Analytics and platform insights) to guide decisions and show impact
  • Experience using AI tools to support ideation/drafting while maintaining brand voice
  • Strong writing/editing, organization, and attention to detail; design/visual storytelling is an asset 


What you will do:

You will collaborate with subject‑matter experts, designers, and agency partners while owning the creative end‑to‑end. You will develop content that builds awareness, sparks engagement, and strengthens public understanding and trust in MPAC’s role and impact. You will pair creative instinct with strategic thinking, using analytics to refine content and improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness in support of corporate priorities. 

  • Create and deliver platform‑native digital content (reels, visuals, written posts), independently and with designers/agency partners to scale output 
  • Translate complex corporate information into clear, compelling content that builds awareness, understanding, and trust 
  • Plan and manage day‑to‑day social, including a content calendar aligned to priorities, campaigns, and key moments 
  • Align organic social with paid campaigns and broader communications to maximize reach and consistency 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop integrated content; amplify partner/creator co‑posted (“Collab”) content 
  • Oversee community engagement and interactive formats (Stories, Q&As, Highlights), ensuring timely, accurate responses aligned to MPAC’s voice 
  • Use analytics to refine content, demonstrate impact, and continuously improve engagement 
  • Experiment with new formats and trends; ensure content meets brand standards and accessibility requirements
