You Have:
- A university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related discipline - or equivalent education, training and experience
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years of program or people leadership experience in a HR Shared Services model
- Experience in HR data quality management and governance, ensuring accurate, compliant, and actionable HR metrics
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, employee relations, labour relations, and policy interpretation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with tact, diplomacy, and objectivity in addressing sensitive issues
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results aligned to strategic goals
- Willingness to travel to head office, field offices and corporate events across Ontario as needed

- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation
What you will do:
As Manager, Human Resources Shared Services, you will:
- Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team, setting performance goals, coaching, and mentoring to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Oversee HR data management and quality control, ensuring accuracy, integrity, compliance, and best practices
- Utilize HR data and reporting to inform decision-making and enforce governance standards
- Provide accessible, streamlined HR services for employees through process improvements and automation
- Monitor service quality, employee feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve the HR service experience
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise and HR Business Partners to resolve escalated inquiries and deliver integrated solutions
- Champion operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and innovative HR service delivery models
- Administer performance management, annual compensation reviews, and merit/incentive programs for non-bargaining staff
- Document and enhance HR business processes, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Manage staffing needs, recruitment, and employee relations within the team, including coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions if required
- Contribute to branch financial planning by monitoring budgets, approving expenditures, and developing business cases for efficiencies and improvements
