You have: 

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 5 years in the HR industry with at least 3 years of talent management experience in a corporate HR environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across partner groups
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and people impacts
  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a high-performing environment
  • Willingness to travel to head office, field offices, and corporate events across Ontario as needed

What you will do: 

  • Design, develop, and administer talent management programs, including career pathing, onboarding, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Partner with HR colleagues and leaders to align talent management strategies with workforce planning and business priorities
  • Support succession planning processes, including talent assessments, leadership development tracking, and forecasting future needs
  • Lead the administration of performance management and employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture
  • Use data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend enhancements
  • Collaborate on communication strategies to engage employees and drive program adoption
  • Provide advice to management on talent development needs, workforce skills, and long-term workforce planning strategies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in HR program design and delivery
